Over the past 17 years, Alicia has gained in-depth experience with managing all aspects of human resources at various levels, and within a variety of industries. She’s well versed in setting up and running scalable HR functions within high-growth environments, and joined SOLA in 2015 with that purpose. Her passion lies within organisational effectiveness and enabling companies to optimise performance through people. She firmly believes that organisational culture sets the stage for high performing companies, such as SOLA, and is responsible for cultivating an environment in which people can flourish.
