Hlayisani possesses significant expertise in the field of renewable energy, particularly in solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. With six years of experience in project management for the construction of solar rooftop projects and off-grid PV systems, Hlayisani has played a key role in commissioning the 30 MW Soutpan solar farm in Limpopo, South Africa. Additionally, Hlayisani has been involved in the implementation of the micro-grid Solar PV ground mount at the globally renowned Robben Island.
