Johan Hattingh Pr Eng

Johan obtained a BEng in Electrical Engineering (Heavy Current) from the University of Pretoria, and holds a PrEng registration from the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA). Johan has amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience across the renewable energy and mining sectors, and has intimate experience with operations and maintenance of utility scale renewable energy plants. Over the span of his career (exceeding 30 years), Johan has managed over 750MWp of energy plants. Johan joined SOLA in 2023, and currently heads up the rapidly expanding SOLA Operations entity.
