Sne obtained her LLB from Wits University in 2011. She has advised on renewable energy projects across Sub-Saharan Africa. She has previously been part of the banking and finance team in a leading international law firm as well as senior legal advisor for a global renewable energy developer. Career highlights include lead counsel in development, financing and construction of 34MW Zambian solar project and advising on multiple award winning CSP and large scale solar projects.

She has considerable skill in project finance, acquisition finance and cross border transactions in the infrastructure and energy industry. Sne is currently reading for her Masters in Management (Energy Leadership) at Wits Business School. As Head of Group Legal, SOLA Group, Sne provides invaluable advice on running 81 MW large scale projects in operation and practical legal solutions to complex solar projects in development.
