Alicia Dean

Alicia obtained both a MComm in Industrial Psychology, as well as an MBA (Cum Laude) from the University of Stellenbosch. Over the past 17 years, Alicia has gained in-depth experience with managing all aspects of human resources within a variety of industries, including software tech, regen-agri, telecoms and more. She’s well versed in setting up and running scalable HR functions within high-growth environments, and joined SOLA in 2015 with that purpose. She currently serves as the Head of People and Organisational Effectiveness.
